 Here is the crit for the students I've missed. 

Week 2 Sketchbook Assignment. Reference, Trees/ Bushes/ Plants

 

Week 2 homework - Jack and the Beanstalk reference

NO COLOR!  do not put them in a composition. only the structure and the bean stalk.

These are the references for the finishing of your exteriors. 

- The style does not matter, but def USE LINES to finish these up.

- You can do lines and do basic tonals underneath but I do not want to see only tonals on them.

- Make sure to ask yourself,  What is this material made out of? What is the dimension of this structure?

Does the door/window go into the structure or out? What is the roof, and walls, the details made out of?

Is this building balanced and also pushed?  Is big medium and small applied?
